Kaikun Tech — a founder-lead web studio.

In 2020, the founder left a large Saigon agency to start Kaikun Tech alone — with a laptop and one clear mission: build websites that actually ship sales, not websites that just "exist for the sake of existing." Back then the Vietnamese web design market was split between cheap templates and overpriced agencies — nothing in the middle for shop owners and SMBs.

For the first six months, everything was solo — consultation, design, code, post-launch support. The first client was a small furniture shop in District 7, HCMC. Orders rolled in the first week. They referred the next three clients. That's how Kaikun grew — by word of mouth, not ads.

In 2022, the founder moved to Kansai, Japan — serving Japanese clients while keeping the Vietnamese base alive. That's when Kaikun became a true Vietnam–Japan studio: understanding both markets, working both timezones, no middleman agency. Japanese clients need Japanese precision. Vietnamese clients need Vietnamese speed. Kaikun delivers both.

By 2026, Kaikun still holds the original philosophy: the founder works directly with every client, no stupid scaling, no projects accepted without a committed deadline. Because only a site that ships sales is worth building — and six years of trust isn't worth trading for a rushed project.
